- The type of care you are exploring, and any message you write

Information collected automatically
- Analytics. We use Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics to understand how people use our website, such as which pages are viewed, the general area (city or region) a visit comes from, the type of device and browser, and the site that referred you. These tools use cookies and similar technologies. When a tour request is sent, we record that a request happened, but not what you typed in the form.
- Hosting and security. Our website is hosted by Cloudflare, which processes technical information such as IP addresses and browser details to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.
- Map. Our contact section shows an embedded Google Map. When it loads, Google may collect information under Google's Privacy Policy.

How we share information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with others for their own advertising. We share information only with:
- Service providers who help us run our website and respond to inquiries, including Google (email, spreadsheets, analytics and maps), Cloudflare (website hosting), and a marketing partner that helps us manage and respond to inquiries. They may use the information only to provide services to us.
- Legal and safety reasons, when required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our residents, staff, visitors or others.
- A successor organization, if our community is ever sold or reorganized, subject to this policy.
Your choices
- You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics with Google's opt-out browser add-on.
- You can ask us to see, correct or delete the information you submitted through our website by contacting us using the details below.
How long we keep information
We keep tour requests for as long as needed to respond, follow up and keep reasonable business records, and then delete them. Analytics data is kept according to our analytics settings.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect the information we collect. No website or email system is completely secure, so please don't send sensitive information through our form.
Children
Our website is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll change the effective date at the top of this page.
